Another tattered document in our possession, 1872. The introduction (bottom left corner) reads:
Madam,
We have pleasure in calling your attention to our preparations for the Spring and Summer of 1872, feeling assured our reputation will be maintained by the Quality and extent of our Stock, which is fully up to the standard of the previous Seasons.
